个人简历：
1994年毕业于黑龙江科技学院矿物加工与利用专业，此后的近十年里在张家口金矿一直从事贵金属浸取、提炼和废水废渣的处理与综合利用工作，并多次作为技术骨干参与或主持多次技术攻关和流程改造工作。
自2003年在中国矿业大学（北京）环境工程攻读博士研究生以来一直从事电子废弃物热解资源化技术研究与管理体系学习。2007年12月加入上海第二工业大学，现为上海第二工业大学重点培育学科（XXKPY1303）学科带头人及环境工程系主任；参编《电子工业污染物排放标准电子专用材料》及《印刷电路板生产企业》污染物排放标准。现为Journal of Analytical and Applied Pyrolysis；Hazardous materials；Waste Management & Research等学术期刊同行评议人及《环境科学与技术》期刊理事。
曾主持国家自然科学基金、上海市教委科技创新项目、上海市科促会联盟计划项目等项目十余项。与行内企业、学术团体保持着较好的联系与合作，学术思维活跃，在行内有一定的影响力。已发表论文30余篇，参编教材1部，申请专利5项（其中2项已授权）。
